Licensing Leadership Summit, which was originally scheduled to be staged in March 2020, will now be held at Hilton New York Midtown on November 5-6.

We strongly believe that this new dateline is in the best interests of our customers and partners and look forward to meeting you in New York later this year.

All sponsorship and delegate bookings will be transferred automatically to the new dates unless we are notified otherwise. Registration for the event will re-open shortly.

Please take note of the following FAQs:

• When is the Summit now taking place and where?

Licensing Leadership Summit 2020 has been rescheduled to November 5 & 6 at the Hilton Midtown New York. The Summit will finish at 3pm on November 6.
 

• What is your refund policy?

If you registered for the original dates and are now unable to attend, please email [email protected] stating if you would like a refund or if you’d like to transfer your delegate place to a colleague. Transfers will only be offered to colleagues from the same organization. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the email request.

We will not be issuing automatic refunds and if we don’t hear otherwise, we will transfer your registration to the new dates.
 

• Will you accept delegate place transfers?

If you would like to transfer your delegate place to a colleague, please email [email protected] stating the name, job title and email address of the colleague. Transfers will be actioned within 7 days of receiving the email request.

Transfers will only be offered to colleagues from the same organization.
 

• Do you have preferential room rates at the Hilton?

By the end of March 2020, we will share preferential room rates and details on how to reserve rooms at the Hilton. If you wish to stay elsewhere in New York, please book accommodation separately.
 

• Will the conference program stay the same?

We are working with the previously confirmed speakers to ensure that they will still be able to participate on the new dates. It is our intention to keep the agenda and content the same as before. Any changes will be published on the website.
 

• Will the Summit remain in November in 2021

Yes, we have decided to make the date change permanent to allow for more time between Licensing Expo and the Licensing Leadership Summit.
